    Foundation Strack GmbH
  • 1945-1990
    Phoenix establishes itself as a supplier of valves for highly valved liquids and gases in chemical and nuclear power plants
  • 1947
    Foundation Daume Regelarmaturen GmbH
  • 1961
    Foundation Solent & Pratt
  • 1990
    Phoenix opens the new production site in Volkmarsen
  • 2001
    Curtiss-Wright acquires Solent&Pratt as a manufacturer of special valves for the energy, petrochemical and chemical industries. At the same time, Strack GmbH is acquired by Phoenix. Phoenix thus expands its product range to include a high-performance manufacturer of shut-off and control valves for energy supply and fluidic process control.
  • 2011
    Phoenix takes over Daume GmbH
  • 2013
    Curtiss-Wright acquires Phoenix Valve Group and integrates Solent&Pratt into the group
  • 2017-2019
    The production facilities are brought together at the Volkmarsen site
  • 2022
    The investor Liberta Partners acquires the Phoenix Valve Group incl. the four brands Phoenix, Strack, Daume and Solent&Pratt
  • 2023
    Takeover and continuation of the PHOENIX and STRACK companies by Valvosider S.r.l.
